Our Return and Refund policy consist of the following:

• Terms of return (Digital items cannot be returned. Or refunded. Please contact Sprightly if there is an issue with a digital item. Physical items may be returned if damaged in shipping, or the item has a default caused in the crafting process.  Returns will not be accepted for normal wear and tear of a product during use.)
• Process for return (To request a return, please email sprightlydoll@gmail.com. Please clearly explain the reason for the return, your order number, date of purchase, and any other information that might be helpful in resolving the issue.)
• Process of refund (If the return is accepted, the cost of the item will be refunded to the buyer)
